These terms govern your use of the Olive Glade Atelier website at olive-glade.homes and your relationship with Olive Glade Atelier, located at 91 Garden Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using this site or booking lessons, you agree to these terms.

Website content is provided for general information about our adult guitar instruction services. We strive for accuracy but may update descriptions, hours, and pricing without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing or by scheduled appointment.

Lesson fees, cancellation windows, and rescheduling rules are communicated at booking. Students must provide twenty-four hours notice to reschedule without charge unless otherwise agreed. Missed appointments without notice may forfeit the reserved time. Loaner instruments remain our property and must be handled with reasonable care.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial reuse, or submit unlawful or harassing messages through our forms. We may suspend access or decline service when conduct threatens staff, other students, or building rules.

Intellectual property in site text, layout, and teaching materials belongs to Olive Glade Atelier or its licensors. You may print pages for personal reference but may not republish them without permission. Student recordings made in lessons are for personal practice unless we agree otherwise in writing.

To the extent permitted by British Columbia law, Olive Glade Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or lesson participation. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid lesson is limited to the fee for that session. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be addressed first through good-faith contact at [email protected]; unresolved matters may be brought in the courts of British Columbia.
